Breathe Together, Heal Together
During a group breathwork session, participants can harness the power of their own innate healing capacity through cutting edge breathing techniques that access deeper amounts of life force energy, helping them to connect to themselves emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Participants will be guided on an insightful journey that will open them up to shifts in consciousness. The practice is done using resources and tools to help release emotions/trauma that have been stored in the body.
The results are meditative states of deep peace, energized enthusiasm for life, and an opening to the mystical realms of consciousness.
This breathwork session will be led by Lindsay Gorges, Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Practitioner at Ojas Breathwork & Holistic Healing.
