Group 1: Hatha & Run

3:00PM - 5:15PM

This group kicks off at 3:00PM with a 60 minute MYE Centre session created for runners. This hatha-style yoga class is designed to strengthen, open, and support the bodies of runners and walkers, alike. 

After class we will head outside to meet the second group at 4:15 for a refreshing 3km group run or 1km walk through the scenic trails surrounding MYE Studio.

We will all reconvene afterward for a post-movement social featuring LMNT electrolytes and great community vibes. Ideal for those who want a deeper warm-up, mobiity prep, and mindful movement before the group run/walk.

Group 2: Run & Yin

4:00PM - 6:00PM

Move first, then melt into stillness. This group gathers outside MYE Studio at 4:00PM for a brief warm-up before linking up with the first group for a scenic 3km group run or 1km walk through the surrounding trails. 

After your journey, we will regroup back at the studio for a refreshing LMNT social, featuring hydrating electrolytes and community connection. 

Then it is time to wind down with a 60 minute MYE Stillness class, a yin-inspired practiced focused on myo-fascial release, mindful breath, and recovery tailored specifically for runners. Ideal for those looking to move first and then settle into a calming post-run recovery experience.
