Challenge/Explorer Walks differ in duration (longer), and consequently cost/credits, from a fitness walk (fit. wlk x1 credit & chall./Exp. walk x2 credits).
Due to the restrictions of the Booking System functionality, a Challenge/Explorer Walk Membership is required and Flexicard/Pay-as-you-go memberships etc. cannot be used.
Each individual credit is charged at the same rate as a flexicard credit.

- Please ENSURE TERMS HAVE BEEN READ, prior to purchase, EXPLORER Walks are NON-REFUNDABLE, these are run on the basis of a no. of attendees signed-up, and therefore REFUNDS/RE-CREDITS CANNOT be provided post-purchase in any/all circumstances.
- 'UNEXPIRED' CHALLENGE Walk sessions are re-credited PROVIDING CANCELLATION IS MADE 24+HOURS BEFORE booked session time. HOWEVER a Challenge walk Membership EXPIRES in 5 months and EXPIRED balances/credits are NON-REFUNDABLE, in any/all circumstances.
Helpful info: Standard Fitness Walk bookings close 14.5 hours prior to session start time. Approx timings: SESSION: 09.30am/Booking close: 19.00pm (the evening before) - SESSION: 09.45am/Booking close: 19.15pm - SESSION: 10.45am/Booking close: 20.15pm - SESSION: 11.00am/Booking close: 20.30pm. NON-REFUNDABLE: Explorer Walks are NON-REFUNDABLE, these are run on the basis of a no. of attendees signed-up, and therefore REFUNDS CANNOT be provided post-purchase in any/all circumstances.

FORGOTTEN POLES/POLE HIRE: If you have your own poles but forget to bring them to your session £1.20 pole hire will be charged for that session (in line with charges made to those who do not own their own poles).
