POLES APART CANCELLATION
If it is necessary for Poles Apart to cancel your session, you will be offered a full refund, or the option to transfer to any scheduled future training date.
PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION/TRANSFER TERMS
Cancellations/transfers provided with more than three weeks’ notice will incur a £5.00 admin charge (ie. £54.00 of £59.00 will be refunded) (Due to this incurring administration time for a staff member to communicate, amend booking system, reimburse payments or move booking, inform other participants that session may not go ahead).
Participant cancellations/transfers made with three weeks or less notice will incur a £10.00 administration charge (ie. £49.00 of £59.00 will be refunded). (Due to it being necessary to reserve Instructors’ time in their schedule, in advance, blocking out other paid activity, for these training sessions, as well as incurring administration time for a staff member to communicate, amend booking system, reimburse payments or move booking, inform other participants that session may not go ahead).
These terms apply to all cancellations/transfers of sessions including if sessions are cancelled more than once.
Taster Session - Payment is made on booking to ensure attendance. But, If you don’t continue to participate on the Training course, after completing Taster section and do not wish to complete training at a future session, payment will be refunded after the Taster session ie. Taster is free. (Please note this may take a couple of days).
