The System will automatically reduce credits, as booked, from your allocation. Cancelled sessions are re-credited PROVIDING CANCELLATION IS MADE 24+HOURS BEFORE booked session time.
Please note: This Membership currently cannot be used on Challenge Walks. A seperate Challenge Walk Membership is required. This is unfortunately due to the restrictions of the Booking System functionality.
Helpful info: Standard Fitness Walk bookings close 14.5 hours prior to session start time. Approx timings: SESSION: 09.30am/Booking close: 19.00pm (the evening before) - SESSION: 09.45am/Booking close: 19.15pm - SESSION: 10.45am/Booking close: 20.15pm - SESSION: 11.00am/Booking close: 20.30pm. Terms and Conditions
FLEXICARD TERMS: CANCELLATION NOTICE PERIOD – 24+ hours’ notice is required to cancel a booked session. If cancellation is not received 24+ hours in advance then the credit will be lost. If you cancel within the notice period, the booking system will automatically re-credit you for the cancelled session(s).
POLE HIRE: If you require pole hire please select the Flexicard (8 sessions with pole hire membership). Unused pole hire credits are NOT refundable.
NON-TRANSFERABLE: : Allocations/credits/balance are/is non-transferable (ie they cannot be used by another person).
NON-REFUNDABLE: Once purchased, UNUSED/EXPIRED Flexicard credits/balances are NOT REFUNDABLE/RE-CREDITED, in any/all circumstances.
FORGOTTEN POLES/POLE HIRE: If you have your own poles but forget to bring them to your session £1.00 pole hire will be charged for that session (in line with charges made to those who do not own their own poles).
TIME LIMIT/EXPIRY – There is a FIVE MONTH time limit on the validity of the Flexicard Sessions. This means all eight sessions must be used within five months. Any unused sessions outside of this period will be EXPIRED/LOST and cannot be refunded, in any/all circumstances.
CHALLENGE WALK EXCLUDED: Due to the restrictions of the Booking System functionality, this Membership cannot be used on Challenge/Explorer Walks. A seperate Challenge/Explorer Walk Membership is required.
