If you have booked the session in advance, 24-hours’ notice is required to cancel a booked session. If cancellation is not received 24+hours in advance, then the session/payment will be lost. If you cancel within the notice period, the booking system will automatically re-credit you for the cancelled session(s) and it can be re-booked, within a four-week period.
Please note: This Membership cannot be used on Challenge Walks. A separate Challenge Walk Membership is required. This is unfortunately due to the restrictions of the Booking System functionality.
Helpful info: Standard Fitness Walk bookings close 14.5 hours prior to session start time. Approx timings: SESSION: 09.30am/Booking close: 19.00pm (the evening before) - SESSION: 09.45am/Booking close: 19.15pm - SESSION: 10.45am/Booking close: 20.15pm - SESSION: 11.00am/Booking close: 20.30pm. For info only, ensure you check individual walks for specific/correct details. Times for other walks may vary.

TIME LIMIT/EXPIRY – There is a FOUR WEEK time limit on the validity of the Pay-As-You-Go Sessions. This means all Pay-As-You-Go session credits must be used within FOUR WEEKS. Any unused Pay-As-You-Go session credits outside of this period will EXPIRE and be LOST (NOT re-credited/re-funded).
NON-TRANSFERABLE: Balances/credits are non-transferable (ie they cannot be used by another person).
NON-REFUNDABLE: Once purchased, EXPIRED UNUSED Pay-as-you-go credit(s)/balances are NOT refundable/re-credited, in any/all circumstances.
POLE HIRE: If you require pole hire please select the Pay-as-you-go Membership (with poles)
FORGOTTEN POLES/POLE HIRE: If you have your own poles but forget to bring them to your session £1.00 pole hire will be charged for that session (in line with charges made to those who do not own their own poles).
