3-Day Acceleration Camp | March 23, 25, and 26, 2026
9-13 year olds from 9-11am
The Speed Foundations Intensive is a focused, progressive training experience to help athletes close the gap in performance. This 3 day camp is focused on the fundamentals of acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction. Over three sessions during spring break, athletes develop the technical skills that create real speed on the field or court.
Each day builds on the last, layering acceleration mechanics, controlled deceleration, efficient change of direction, and the transition into top-end speed. Athletes learn how to produce force effectively, move with control, and apply speed in competitive situations.
These principles transfer across all sports, with specific insight for basketball, soccer, football, lacrosse, and volleyball athletes.
