Each clinic focuses on posture, positions, and mechanics - the foundation behind the most common HS track injuries.
Athletes can attend any individual clinic. Each clinic will be focused on improving athletes form and mechanics with a small pivot towards specific problem areas in HS Track and Field Runners.
March 8th - Posture + Ground Contact - General Form and Mechanics
March 29th - Hip Control + Knee Alignment - Getting ahead of Runner's Knee + IT Band Syndrome
April 12th - Absorbing Force - A Focus on Shin Splits and Lower Leg Injuries
May 3rd - Running Tall Under Fatigue - Core Stability + Low Back Pain
