£200 for 4 x 1:1 Pregnancy Yoga & Antenatal Ed Sessions (held within your home / or online via Zoom)
Kate is a specialised pregnancy yoga teacher in Bristol, who has a passion for supporting people through pregnancy and preparing for birth.
Through the 1:1 sessions we will focus on strengthening and relaxing in preparation for birth through yoga. You will learn essential tools for birth, helping you to prepare physically, mentally and emotionally.
Sessions can include antenatal education and birth options to enable you to feel empowered when making informed decisions that are right for you and your baby.
The sessions will be completely tailored to your needs and will focus on relieving any pregnancy ailments using evidence based practices to release any tension or anxiety as you prepare for birth.
It will be a chance for you to take some time for you, to connect with your baby, to rest, relax, recharge and prepare for birth with confidence.

1:1 pregnancy & birth yoga is for you if…
– you would like a completely personalised birth preparation session
– you are new to exercise/yoga and would like guidance and support
– you have ailments such as backache, sciatica, restless legs etc and would like to learn some movements to help to ease them
– you have SPD/PGP (I always recommend seeing a Physiotherapist for manual therapy alongside my tailored yoga sessions to support you fully)
– you have pelvic floor dysfunction/prolapse/diastases recti and would like guidance on exercising safely (I will always work alongside your physiotherapist to provide you with the best possible support)
– you would like to talk through any fear or anxiety that you are experiencing around pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
– you would like something beyond just exercise, to support you emotionally and mentally.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
The first session can start as early as you like in your pregnancy.
After an initial discussion I will be able to design the sessions, which will be completely tailored to your needs and to easily fit into your lifestyle.
My aim is to provide you with information to help you to understand the changes happening in within your body so that you feel empowered to begin your journey with confidence.
The sessions will include a mixture of antenatal education, yoga asana, strengthening exercises, breathing practices, restorative poses and meditations/nidras to help you to prepare for birth.
