Terms and Conditions
By registering an athlete for the Elite Clinic, the parent or legal guardian agrees to the following terms.
Registration and payment. A place in the clinic is secured only after registration and payment are complete. Registration applies only to the athlete and clinic date selected at checkout. Places are limited and may not be transferred to another athlete without Next Level Basketball Training’s approval.
Athlete eligibility. The Elite Clinic is intended for athletes who meet the age, grade, and skill requirements stated on the booking page. Next Level may contact a parent or guardian if a registered athlete does not meet those requirements and help identify a suitable alternative.
Arrival and participation. Athletes should arrive ready to train, wearing appropriate basketball clothing and shoes and bringing water. A parent or guardian must provide accurate emergency contact information and disclose any medical condition, injury, or participation restriction that coaches need to know about. Coaches may modify an activity or stop an athlete’s participation when needed for safety.
Cancellations and missed clinics. Please cancel at least three hours before the clinic begins. Cancellations made less than three hours before the start time and failure to attend are treated as late cancellations. Payments are nonrefundable; when a credit is approved, it will be issued as a Next Level account credit. A transfer to another clinic date is subject to availability and Next Level’s approval.
Changes made by Next Level. Next Level may change a coach, adjust clinic activities, reschedule, or cancel a clinic when necessary. If Next Level cancels the clinic, the purchaser may choose an account credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Health and safety. Basketball training involves physical exertion and a risk of injury. Athletes must follow coaches’ instructions and facility rules. An athlete with a suspected concussion or other injury must stop participating and may return only when it is safe to do so and any required medical clearance has been provided. A parent or guardian authorizes Next Level to contact emergency services if needed and understands that the parent or guardian is responsible for resulting medical costs.
Conduct. Athletes must treat coaches, other athletes, and the facility with respect. Bullying, unsafe behavior, or repeated refusal to follow instructions may result in removal from the clinic. A parent or guardian will be contacted if an athlete needs to be picked up early.
Acknowledgment. The parent or legal guardian confirms that they are authorized to register the athlete, have provided accurate information, and have read and accepted these terms and any separate liability waiver presented during registration.
