Terms and Conditions
Package: This package includes 30 private basketball training sessions with Coach Davis for one registered athlete. Each session is 1 hour.
Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance through Next Level Basketball Training and are subject to Coach Davis’s availability.
Cancellations and missed sessions: Cancel or reschedule at least three hours before the session start time to retain the session credit. A cancellation made less than three hours before the start time, or a failure to attend, will use one session credit. If Next Level cancels a session, the credit will be returned to the package.
Coach availability: This package is for training with Coach Davis. If she is unavailable for a booked session, Next Level will offer a rescheduled session with Coach Davis. Training with another coach requires the purchaser’s agreement.
Package use: Credits may be used only for the registered athlete and may not be transferred, exchanged for other services, or combined with another offer unless Next Level agrees in writing. Sessions must be used by 365 days of purchase. The package does not renew automatically.
Payment and refunds: Payment is due at purchase. Except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law, unused credits are eligible for Next Level account credit only. Any required refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Participation: The athlete must follow facility rules and coach instructions. A parent or legal guardian must complete any required registration and waiver for an athlete under 18.
