Terms and Conditions
Registration and Payment: Full payment is required to reserve an athlete’s spot. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Eligibility: Athletes must meet the clinic’s stated age or grade requirements. Next Level Basketball Training may place athletes into appropriate groups based on age, experience, and skill level.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 hours before the clinic begins to qualify for an account credit. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the clinic and failure to attend are not eligible for a credit refund.
Refunds: All purchases are nonrefundable. When approved, credits will be applied to the customer’s Next Level Basketball Training account and will not be issued as cash or returned to the original payment method.
Clinic Changes: Next Level Basketball Training may change the schedule, coaching staff, activities, or clinic format when necessary. If Next Level cancels the clinic, registered participants will receive an account credit or the option to transfer to a future program.
Arrival and Pickup: Athletes should arrive on time, dressed in appropriate basketball attire, and ready to participate. Parents or guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pickup.
Health and Safety: Athletes must be physically able to participate safely. Parents or guardians must notify Next Level Basketball Training of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or participation restrictions before the clinic begins.
Conduct: Athletes must follow all facility rules, safety requirements, and coaching instructions. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the clinic without a refund or credit.
Personal Belongings: Next Level Basketball Training is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Athletes should bring only necessary items and clearly label their belongings.
Assumption of Risk: Basketball and athletic training involve the risk of injury. By registering, the participant and parent or guardian acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation.
Emergency Care: If a parent or guardian cannot be reached during an emergency, Next Level Basketball Training may obtain reasonable medical assistance for the athlete. The parent or guardian remains responsible for any related expenses.
Agreement: Completing registration confirms that the participant or parent or guardian has read, understood, and agreed to these terms and all applicable Next Level Basketball Training policies and waivers.
