During designated hours, use our courts and baskets to practice shots, work on your moves, or simply have fun in a relaxed environment with no trainers or machines—just you and the game. Terms and Conditions
Open Gym provides participants with access to designated basketball court areas only during scheduled Open Gym hours.
Participants may use the court for basketball-related activities, including individual skill work, shooting, and pick-up games, subject to facility rules and staff direction.
Restricted Areas and Equipment
Open Gym registration does not include access to:
-Dr. Dish shooting machines or any other training equipment
-Weight room facilities
-Strength and conditioning equipment
-Trainer-led instruction or coaching services
-Any areas designated as staff-only or restricted access
Participants found using restricted equipment or entering restricted areas may be removed from the facility without refund.
Facility Rules and Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Next Level Basketball reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or detrimental to other participants or facility operations.
Damage to Property
Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to facility property, equipment, fixtures, furnishings, or other assets of Next Level Basketball.
Any participant determined to have caused damage to facility property, whether intentional or due to negligence, will be assessed:
-A mandatory damage fee of $200; and
-The full cost of repair or replacement of the damaged property or equipment.
-Payment of all assessed fees will be due immediately upon notification. Failure to pay may result in suspension or permanent revocation of facility privileges.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in basketball and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, sprains, fractures, and other injuries. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Open Gym activities.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that Next Level Basketball, its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in Open Gym activities or use of the facility.
Personal Property
Next Level Basketball is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises.

By registering for Open Gym, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
