Join us for our Intro to Pole Fitness Course, designed for those new to the world of Pole Fitness. This class introduces you to the fundamentals of pole dancing with a focus on learning basic techniques, smooth transitions, and simple choreography—all while building your confidence and looking fabulous.

Throughout the course, you’ll explore essential moves, build strength, and master simple transitions that will help you create your foundations for more advanced pole tricks and combos. We'll also practice foundational basework (floor-based techniques), simple tricks, and spins, all taught in a supportive and encouraging environment.

No previous Pole or Aerial experience is needed before joining this course.
