Join us for our Intro to Pole Fitness Course, designed for those new to the world of Pole Fitness. This class introduces you to the fundamentals of pole dancing with a focus on learning basic techniques, smooth transitions, and simple choreography—all while building your confidence and looking fabulous.

1 Membership Usage:
a. Membership benefits are non-transferable and are solely for the use of the named member.
b. Members must adhere to studio rules and guidelines when participating in classes or whilst using studio facilities.
2. Member Rewards Scheme:
a. The monthly rolling membership at Phoenix Pole Studios offers access to discounted pole classes available at our studio.
b. Members are entitled to reduced rates per class compared to standard pay-as-you-go fees.
3. Membership Fees:
a. The cost of your membership will depend on the type of membership you choose. You must pay your monthly membership fee in advance, and it is non-refundable.
b. Phoenix Pole Studios will set the level of fees and will review such fees periodically. Phoenix Pole Studios reserves the right to change the level of fees from time to time. For any changes to the monthly fee, Phoenix Pole Studios will give you at least 30 days’ notice.
4. Cooling-off Period:
Should you change your mind; all new members have a 14-day cooling-off period. The 14-day cancellation period commences the day of your membership start date, which is the date of enrolment, Phoenix Pole Studios will refund you the membership fee minus the value of any classes attended during this time, calculated at standard pay-as-you-go rates.
5. Cancellation of membership: Termination by you
You may terminate your membership by giving Phoenix Pole Studios at least 1 full calendar month’s notice in writing, so that your membership will terminate at the end of the following calendar month, before the next billing cycle. after notice was given.
6. Class Reservations:
a. All members should reserve their space to participate in a class in advance to guarantee availability.
b. Failure to attend a reserved class without cancellation by the member may result in penalties or loss of future booking privileges.
7. Class Cancellation Policy:
Phoenix Pole Studios reserves the right to cancel classes if minimum attendance requirements are not met.
For evening classes, cancellation decisions will be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Morning classes may be cancelled by 9 PM the previous day. In the event of a cancellation due to low attendance, affected members will be notified via email or text message. It is the members' responsibility to ensure Phoenix Pole Studios has their up-to-date contact info.
Should a class be cancelled by Phoenix Pole Studios then the member will need to re-book onto another class that week – Members cannot carry over classes.
8. Reduced Hours During Special Periods
Phoenix Pole Studios operating hours may be adjusted during the festive period and similarly, when training courses or workshops are hosted there might be adjustments to the regular class schedule. Specific details regarding reduced hours will be communicated to members in advance via social media and will be visible on the timetable at least one month before the event.
9. Liability:
a.When you become a Member and each time you use the Studio or participate in a Class, you must ensure that you are in good physical condition and know of no medical or other reason why you should not exercise - If unsure you should not use the Studio or participate in a Class until you have sought appropriate medical guidance and been given the go-ahead. b. The Pole Lab will not accept liability for any injuries or losses whatsoever that you sustain whilst participating in any class or whilst using studio facilities.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
