This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.


Membership Cancellation Policy
1. Notice Period
• Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing at least 14 days’ written notice.
• Cancellation requests must be sent via email to mo@soulspacechester.com or submitted in writing at the studio.
2. Final Payment
• A final payment may be taken during the notice period if a payment date falls within the 14-day notice.
• Members can continue to attend classes and use their membership benefits during the notice period.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
• Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors or extenuating circumstances such as medical conditions or relocation beyond a reasonable distance.

Membership Pausing Policy
1. Eligibility to Pause
• Members may request to pause their membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months.
• A membership pause can be requested once every 6 months.
2. Notice Period
• Pausing a membership requires at least 7 days’ written notice via email or in person at the studio.
3. Fees During Pause
• A small administrative fee of £5 per month may apply during the pause period to maintain the account.
4. Reactivation
• Membership will automatically reactivate on the agreed date, unless the member provides notice to extend the pause (within the 3-month maximum limit).
• If the member does not return after the agreed pause period, the membership may be subject to cancellation.

Special Circumstances
• Members experiencing serious health issues, pregnancy, or unexpected life events (e.g., job loss, relocation) can request a waiver of the notice period or an extended pause.
• Supporting documentation (e.g., a medical note) may be required for approval.
