Class Details:

• When: Every Tuesday at 5:15 pm (50 minute sessions)

• Led by: Shakila, who is a prenatal-trained instructor.

With a maximum of 10 participants, this intimate group ensures personalised attention, allowing Shakila to tailor modifications to your unique needs and stage of pregnancy.

You’ll focus on core stability, pelvic floor strength, and safe alignment, all while fostering a sense of community among fellow mamas-to-be.
