ON RAMP

4x 1 hour sessions introducing you to the CrossFit Fundamentals. On this course you will learn the 9 main CrossFit movements, as well as learning about what will be required of you during our main sessions. On each session we will introduce you to a WOD (Workout Of the Day) and also advise you how to supplement your CrossFit with the right diet. You will also receive unlimited access to the club in week 4, to put what you've learnt into practice!
