Beginners 5 week course

This course is suitable for absolute beginners and also for those who want to return to the basics in order to revisit the foundation of their practice and understanding.

We understand that people come to yoga for many different reasons. Perhaps to:
Reduce stress and anxiety.
Feel stronger, fitter, flexible and toned.
Calm the mind.
Slow down and reconnect with yourself.

You are introduced to the basic postures (asana), breathing (pranayama) and relaxation (meditation).
There are limited places so early booking is essential.
We do have blocks and straps you can purchase. We have a few mats you may borrow and you can purchase also order these from us.
Do bring a warm blanket for relaxation.
