Mindfulness Workshop

Using TFT(Thought Field Therapy),meditation,visualisation and relaxation techniques to shift from negative thinking, self-sabotage and a mind that dwells in the past or worries about the future. To becoming empowered and harnessing the ability to live peacefully in the present.

We will be working on fear, anxiety,phobias, obsessions, OCD and stress for this 1st workshop.

Future workshops will cover:
Trauma– past and present.
Depression.
Low self esteem.
Anger.
Guilt.
Intimidation.
And others.

Come with an idea of what you would like to deal with.
Numbers are limited to 10.

There will be a booklet to take away with you for your own home self practice.My wish is to empower and this information is part of that process.

This workshop is suitable for ALL levels (beginner to advanced).
