Yoga Nidra meditation promotes deep and profound rest, relaxation, healing and restoration. These meditations are anything from 15 to 40 minutes long.
This energy system brings our energies into balance. It speaks to the emotions, our psychology and the physical body helping us see and heal ourselves.
Spring means we work with the Wood Element, the emotion of anger, the Gall Bladder and Liver organs. These classes support us as we move through this season.
Work with the Fire Element, Heart, small intestines and Triple Warmer to bring balance. Reducing the levels of anxiety and returning to a place of JOY.
Autumn is the element of Metal in Traditional Chinese Medicine and we work with this energy through breath, movement, massage and meditation.
