This membership entitles you to two classes per week within the term. With one of the two classes being a Monday class, where by there are less classes per year due to the bank holiday. The first class is priced at £13.00 x 36 The 2nd class is discounted to £11.00 x 35

Struggling with respiratory disease, breathlessness, fatigue, anxiety, or capped performance?
In this 1:1 session, we assess your breathing mechanics and biochemistry, then apply targeted strategies to improve efficiency, endurance, and nervous system regulation.
We work through your enrolment form and medical history.
We talk through the fundamentals of Pilates so you're familiar with terminology and your body ready, for your new class
Claire carries out a full postural and movement assessment. This means when you join the group class, we know how to adapt exercises for you effectively and work you towards your goals with more precision.

Designed to fit perfectly into your lunch break, this standalone session gives you 45 focused minutes of movement and mobility, thoughtfully scheduled around your day-to-day flow.

Stretching out the feet, hips, spine, chest and working the upper spine to counter the hours spent in a flexed position.
You'll need a massage ball for your feet and either a half foam roller or an inflatable ball. You could also used a rolled up towel.
