GP Appointments:
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to time, availability and location.
Members are entitled to unlimited regular GP appointments, subject to availability, depending on their subscription type. Appointments can be either virtual or face-to-face.
Routine Appointments include prescriptions and any onward referral letters if required.
Members must provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Multiple missed appointments may result in membership cancellation
Membership Discounts:
Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
Fair usage policy:
Maximum of 3 appointments per week per person
Each appointment is a regular 20-minute appointment. Double appointments are chargeable at a discounted rate.
Controlled Drugs:
We do not offer prescriptions for controlled drugs.
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services.
The membership fee is £99 per month. Subsequent monthly renewals of £99 will apply automatically thereafter.
Membership is on a monthly rolling basis and will automatically renew each month.
Members have the option to pay for a full year in advance. The annual fee is £1,089, providing a saving of £99 (equivalent to one month free).
If a member cancels their membership and later decides to rejoin, a re-sign up fee of £99 will be applicable.
Members will be able to upgrade their membership to a higher plan in the future.
Membership Cancellation Policy:
Members can cancel their membership at any time with 30 days' notice on the TeamUp website or App .
Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period following the 30-day notice period.

If you are unable to pay one of your monthly fees, we will notify you and suspend your GP subscription while the payment remains outstanding. Joining fees will have to be paid again if a membership is cancelled.
Your membership may be cancelled if our GP’s feel that your condition(s) is best managed in the NHS or by your NHS GP. This will happen with immediate effect, this is done to protect your health and ensure that your health is managed optimally.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
All member information will be kept confidential in accordance with the clinic’s privacy policy.
Members’ medical records and personal data will be handled in compliance with relevant data protection laws.
General Terms:
Acorn Private Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice to members. Changes will be communicated via email or written notice at least 30 days prior to implementation.
Acorn Private Clinic reserves the right to increase membership fees. Members will be given at least 60 days' notice of any price increase. Members are expected to behave respectfully towards clinic staff and other patients, the clinic reserves the right to terminate membership at any time in cases of abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
The organisation retains the right to decline a membership application if it is believed that the applicant has a complex medical history or condition that would be better managed by another healthcare professional or within a hospital equipped to handle more complex needs.
Out of hours cover is not provided by Acorn Private Clinic. For non-urgent medical care during out-of-hours, please contact your NHS GP surgery or call NHS Direct on 111. In case of an emergency, you should dial 999.
