This session will:
- Introduce you to the gym
- Cover the basic movement patterns: Squat, Hinge, Press
- Give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have to the coach
After completion of the session you may purchase your membership and begin attending sessions at CrossFit Nottingham
No experience is needed and all abilities are welcome to come and learn the basics at our 4-week CrossFit Beginners course!
Our fully qualified, expert coaches will break down the basic movements, so you can learn to lift safely and effectively in just 4 weeks.
What to expect
Each session will cover 3-4 main lifts/skills and then be followed by a beginner-friendly CrossFit workout, so you can put what you learn into practice.
Expect fun team games during the warm-ups and team-based workouts, so you can get a taste for working out within a friendly and supportive community.
Our Beginners Course runs at the same time every week for 4 weeks.
Not only will you get access to the course, but you’ll also get 9 class credits to take part in any timetabled classes (only available after you attend week 1 of the course).
Your continued progress doesn't stop there! Upon completion of your Beginner Course, this membership will roll into our Bronze membership (13 class credits /month)
