All of our class packs of 1, 4, 6 or 8 classes in bulk are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All of our adults class packs have a 12 week expiration from the date of purchase. All of our children's class packs have an 8 week expiration from the date of purchase. Cancelled classes can be rescheduled by following the link provided in your confirmation email. All classes booked as part of your class pack come under our 24 hour cancellation policy, meaning credits are refunded back into your class pack if you cancel 24 or more hours prior to your initially booked class. Any classes remaining after the expiration date cannot be sed for scheduling, refunded or carried over. When making use of a class pack, it is your responsibility to ensure you can take full advantage of all classes within the class pack expiration window.
A class pack extension can be authorised if you email us at info@thestudioswindon.com before your class pack expired. Extensions up to 14 days are free of charge. Extensions for 15+ days incur a one-time extension fee of £10.
