Beginner Pole 101
Our beginner pole 101 is a 6 week course built around the foundations of pole fitness. This is perfect for new starters and first timers who want to build the strength and essential skills needed in pole dance and fitness.
This 6 week course will focus on basic moves such as spins, seats, climbs and sequences, both on spin and static pole! As a 6 week course, you will connect alongside fellow participants sharing a similar experience and are new to pole themselves. Whether you're looking to gain new skills, have a new hobby, or just try something new, this class is the perfect opportunity to discover the art of pole dance.
You don't need dance experience, strength or flexibility - we will learn it all along the way!
What to Expect:
Warm-Up: We start with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for movement and prevent injuries.
Basic Moves: Learn foundational pole moves and spins that will build your strength and confidence.
Strength and Flexibility Training: Engage in exercises that enhance your core strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, essential for pole dancing.
Fun and Supportive Environment: Our experienced instructors create a welcoming atmosphere where you can express yourself and enjoy the process of learning.
Cool Down: Each class concludes with a cool-down session to help your body recover and relax.
Important Info:
Please wear comfortable workout attire (Shorts and a fitted top are recommended)
Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
You can change onsite in the bathroom but we would recommend wearing your shorts underneath and layering up for the warm up and cool down.
Session duration: 60 minutes
