Workshop 2: Reflexology and Functional Footwork.

During the 2.5hour workshop, you’ll be guided through movement and hands on reflexology sessions to explore techniques that can enhance YOUR VERDURE – your quality of being in good health.

- effective ways to relax and stretch your feet.

- the importance of corrective foot placement during movement.

- how to use your feet correctly during functional movements.

- foot-strengthening exercises to incorporate into your everyday routine.

- what reflexology is and how it can enhance your wellbeing.

- self-help reflexology techniques to relieve stress.

- self-help reflexology techniques to enhance your overall wellbeing.

 

You’ll also have time to relax and chat to others whilst enjoy some light stress relieving refreshments.
