How do monthly passes work?
With your monthly pass, you can attend one fixed weekly class during the month, with an assigned instructor and as part of a stable group. Depending on the calendar, each month includes between 4 and 5 classes.

Booking and reservation renewal ?
You can join by paying in advance, either for a single month or by paying for 3 months at once. Joining mid-month is only available for new students, who must pay for the remainder of the current month plus the next one. All advance payments guarantee your fixed spot in the group. You must purchase or renew your pass at least 5 days before your first class of the month to secure your spot. Unrenewed spots will be released to new students after this deadline. The pass will automatically renew each month unless you notify cancellation by email at least 5 days before your first class. Otherwise, the renewal will be automatic and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Financial advantages
The pass is more affordable than passes because it allows you to reserve your fixed spot, helps the instructor plan ahead, organize groups in advance, and track your progress consistently. In contrast, passes, being flexible and without monthly commitment, have a higher price per class.

Cancellations and withdrawals
To cancel your pass, you must contact the LSkate Madrid team at least 5 days before your first class of the upcoming month. Once the reservation and payment are made, your spot is blocked exclusively for you and will not be offered to other students. Therefore, it will not be possible to cancel or request a refund after this deadline. If you do not cancel in time, the pass will be renewed automatically, and your spot will be secured even if you do not attend the classes.

Missed classes
The pass covers a time block, and its price is calculated based on this, not on the number of classes. This is why missed classes cannot be refunded, and this structure allows us to offer a lower price than passes. If your absence is occasional and not recurrent, contact the LSkate team. Together with your instructor, we will consider offering you an alternative class in another group as a gesture of goodwill so you can continue learning. This policy exists because students with monthly payments often try to pay the lowest possible price per class and then request extra classes due to absences, especially during summer (holidays) and winter (rain). If you know in advance that you won’t be able to attend for a full month (for example, during holidays or colder months when you don’t feel like skating), please be honest with us and request a temporary cancellation of your pass. In such cases, we can offer you a pass for that month, helping us better manage your attendance.

Additional pass terms
This pass bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This pass entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this pass. Unless otherwise noted, this pass is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the pass.
