You’re purchasing a pack of 3 Intro to Reformer sessions, to be used in one month. Please note that if you cancel a booked session with more than 48 hours notice, your class credit will be returned. Any less than this, it won’t be.
Other useful things to know:
You need to do at least 3 of these classes before joining any other reformer class.
We workout in socks - any socks, but most prefer sticky socks
You can use a studio mat during these classes
There are toilet facilities at the studio
Feel free to bring a bottle of water, but we do have a water cooler
