This is our introductory 6 week spring challenge with the option to extend to 10 weeks if you are loving the progress you are making! This training package allows you to train up to 2 gym sessions per week at any sessions within the weekly schedule and also the option of attending the Saturday morning track sessions (8am at Eastwood HS)

This membership entitles you to 1 Pilates sessions per week . Missed sessions do not roll over to the next month.
