Personal Training: X1 30 min session / quarter
Unlimited Small Group Personal Training per month : Participate in motivating small group sessions with a maximum of 5:1 coach-to-client ratio.
Personalised Onboarding: An initial one-on-one consultation featuring a movement assessment, injury screen, goal setting, and personalised program planning.
Community & Wellness: Unlimited access to Lift, Express, Yoga & run classes.

Terms and conditionsPlease note you can only purchase this membership after you have completed the two week trial membership. This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
