This is a single 60 minute personal training session, fully tailored to you, your goals, your experience, and how you are feeling on the day. Whether you are brand new to training, returning after time off, managing pain or injury, or looking to train with more intention, this session meets you where you are.
You will train in our private gym space, not a busy commercial gym. Sessions are calm, unrushed, and fully coached.

If you need to bring your baby in a pram, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate comfortably.

Our coaching is trauma informed, respectful, and people first. You are never pushed, shamed, or made to feel out of place. We work with your nervous system, not against it.
