This one-time-only taster session gives you a feel for what training at Seventy-Three is all about. You can use it once only before joining as a member.
Our small group personal training classes are limited to six people per session, combining structure, coaching, and community in a progressive 12-week program that builds strength, skill, and fitness for real life.
Each day has a different focus:
Monday & Thursday: Absolute Strength — think barbell and dumbbell lifts, compound movements, and accessory work.
Tuesday: Olympic Lifting — focusing on the clean, plus aerobic conditioning to finish.
Wednesday: Bodybuilding & Gymnastics — upper-body and bodyweight strength work, from pull-ups to push-ups and everything in between.
Friday: Sweat — our conditioning day built to get the heart rate up and end your week strong.
