Designed for experienced gym-goers and current online or 1:1 clients , our 10-class pass offers two months of class access.

Our small group personal training (SGPT) class, capped at just 4 people. We'll seamlessly blend strength training, cardio, mobility work, and even a sprinkle of gymnastics to keep things fresh and exciting!

Our program is cyclical: Every 6-8 weeks, we'll focus on a different pillar of fitness, ensuring well-rounded and progressive progress.

Open Gym : 13:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday. Times vary on the weekend

All sessions are 60 minutes.
