Our small group personal training (SGPT) class, capped at just 4 people. We'll seamlessly blend strength training, cardio, mobility work, and even a sprinkle of gymnastics to keep things fresh and exciting!
Our program is cyclical: Every 6-8 weeks, we'll focus on a different pillar of fitness, ensuring well-rounded and progressive progress.
Here's what your membership unlocks:
Full access to the CoachRX App: This is where you'll find your weekly workouts, track your progress, and connect directly with me for personalised feedback in addition to being coached by me in class. I provide weekly check-ins in app to ensure you're on track.
Unlimited SGPT classes: Train with a supportive community in our dynamic group sessions.
Sweat 60: High-energy classes to get your heart pumping every Saturday.
Yoga: Enhance your flexibility and find inner peace every Tuesday AM & Sunday AM.
Run the Dials: Run/Walk format w/ strength and core Thursdays + longer EZ Runs Sundays.
Friends & Family: Bring a loved one to train with you for FREE every Sunday.
All sessions are 60 minutes.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
