Our small group personal training (SGPT) class, capped at just 5 people. We'll seamlessly blend strength training, cardio, mobility work, and even a sprinkle of gymnastics to keep things fresh and exciting!
Our program is cyclical: Every 6-8 weeks, we'll focus on a different pillar of fitness, ensuring well-rounded and progressive progress.
Here's what your membership unlocks:
Full access to the CoachRX App: This is where you'll find your weekly workouts, track your progress, and connect directly with me for personalised feedback in addition to being coached by me in class. I provide weekly check-ins in app to ensure you're on track.
Unlimited SGPT Classes:
Train with a Tribe: Join our supportive community for dynamic group workouts. We offer 5 classes a day (with plenty of room to grow!)
Your Space, Your Pace: Every Saturday, work out on your own or follow your personalised plan under the watchful eye of a coach.
Find Your Flow: Enhance flexibility and tranquility with our Tuesday and Sunday morning yoga sessions.
Power Up Your Run: Combine strength, core, and running on Thursdays, and enjoy longer, easier runs on Sundays.
All sessions are 60 minutes.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
