• Strength Finale: Return to the gym and finish strong with functional strength training using sandbags , kettlebells etc
Sunday Funday Runs: Join us for extended Sunday runs at various paces - walking is welcome!
• Start at the Gym: We'll kick things off with a warm-up before venturing out.
• 40 min Run: Explore the Dials as we navigate our way to Hove.
• Coffee & Community: Refuel and connect with fellow runners after our run (optional).
