This membership includes two coached sessions each week inside a quiet private studio where you can bring your baby in their buggy so training stays possible and stress free.
Your training plan is fully personalised and meets you exactly where you are. All programming is designed and coached by a certified Hatch Athletic and OPEX CCP coach with a focus on safety, confidence, stage appropriate progression, breath and core awareness, and gradual strength building.

All sessions are 60 minutes.
During this session, your coach will guide you through a comprehensive movement and fitness assessment. This ensures we understand your current fitness level and any limitations. We will then discuss your individual fitness goals and collaboratively create a personalised training plan that aligns with your goals.
Following this, you will experience a practical personal training session to observe how your body moves and responds to exercise.
After the session, you will have the opportunity to discuss your plan moving forward with your coach. This includes options such as:
1. How many personal training sessions you'd want / week
2. If you'd want an online training program tailored to your needs
3. Maybe you'd prefer a combination of personal training and small group pt

REHAB is a fully individualised twelve week coaching and rehab membership for anyone who wants expert guidance, clear structure, and a personalised plan to feel strong, confident, and capable again. It offers the feel and results of personal training within a small supportive group at a fraction of the cost.
Sessions are capped at four people which means focused coaching, tailored progressions, and a calm non intimidating environment. You will follow your own personalised training plan inside coach led sessions twice per week with the option of one home based rehab session to complete in your own time. All sessions are sixty minutes and your programme is designed around your history, current presentation, lifestyle demands, and long term goals. App access is included for notes, tracking, videos, and regular check ins.
This membership is ideal for anyone dealing with ongoing or persistent discomfort such as back pain, knee or Achilles recovery following surgery, returning shoulder impingement, hip related pain, or anyone who needs more individualised support than a standard class can offer.
You also receive one complimentary yoga session per month to support recovery, breath work, mobility, and nervous system regulation which gives you three sessions across the twelve week block.
Our studio is wheelchair friendly and fully accessible with two parking spaces directly outside for ease and comfort.
At the end of twelve weeks, if you feel stronger, more mobile, and ready for general training, you are welcome to transition into our small group personal training membership to continue your progression with community support and coaching consistency.
