Handstand Workshop 2.0 with Coach Mira

Mira brings a wealth of experience in gymnastics, strength training, and skill development, with a coaching style that is calm, precise, and deeply supportive.

This is Handstand Workshop 2.0, building on the foundations of our previous workshop. Expect a deeper dive into positioning, balance, confidence upside down, and the small details that make a big difference when developing your handstand practice.

The session will focus on quality movement, controlled progressions, and understanding why we do what we do, not just kicking up and hoping for the best.

This workshop is designed for members who are injury free and ready to explore handstands with intention, patience, and proper coaching.

This is a single 60 minute personal training session, fully tailored to you, your goals, your experience, and how you are feeling on the day. Whether you are brand new to training, returning after time off, managing pain or injury, or looking to train with more intention, this session meets you where you are.

You will train in our private gym space, not a busy commercial gym. Sessions are calm, unrushed, and fully coached.

Our coaching is trauma informed, respectful, and people first. You are never pushed, shamed, or made to feel out of place. We work with your nervous system, not against it.

Intro Personal Training

This is an 80-minute introductory personal training session. (All PT members start here)

During this session, your coach will guide you through a comprehensive movement and fitness assessment. This ensures we understand your current fitness level and any limitations. We will then discuss your individual fitness goals and collaboratively create a personalised training plan that aligns with your goals.

Following this, you will experience a practical personal training session to observe how your body moves and responds to exercise.

After the session, you will have the opportunity to discuss your plan moving forward with your coach. This includes options such as:

1. How many personal training sessions you'd want / week
2. If you'd want an online training program tailored to your needs
3. Maybe you'd prefer a combination of personal training and small group pt

4:1 Small Group PT
Small Group PT (4:1) - Train ONE

Train in a focused environment with a maximum of four people per session, giving you more coaching, more attention, and a clearer path to progress. You’ll still get the energy of training alongside others, but with a higher level of individual support throughout.

Your membership includes a 20-minute monthly face-to-face check-in, individualised progression, access to your coaching app, training support when travelling, and ongoing coaching and accountability. You’ll also benefit from priority coaching during sessions.

Extras include priority parking, bike parking, and complimentary coffee at every session.


Small Group PT (4:1) - Train TWO

Train in a focused environment with a maximum of four people per session, giving you more coaching, more attention, and a clearer path to progress. You’ll still get the energy of training alongside others, but with a higher level of individual support throughout.

Your membership includes a 20-minute monthly face-to-face check-in, individualised progression, access to your coaching app, training support when travelling, and ongoing coaching and accountability. You’ll also benefit from priority coaching during sessions.

Extras include priority parking, bike parking, and complimentary coffee at every session.


Small Group PT (4:1) - Train THREE

4:1 is our  fully individualised twelve week coaching and rehab membership for anyone who wants expert guidance, clear structure, and a personalised plan to feel strong, confident, and capable again. It offers the feel and results of personal training within a small supportive group at a fraction of the cost.

Sessions are capped at four people which means focused coaching, tailored progressions, and a calm non intimidating environment. You will follow your own personalised training plan inside coach led sessions twice per week with the option of one home based rehab session to complete in your own time. All sessions are sixty minutes and your programme is designed around your history, current presentation, lifestyle demands, and long term goals. App access is included for notes, tracking, videos, and regular check ins.

This membership is ideal for anyone dealing with ongoing or persistent discomfort such as back pain, knee or Achilles recovery following surgery, returning shoulder impingement, hip related pain, or anyone who needs more individualised support than a standard class can offer.

You also receive one complimentary yoga session per month to support recovery, breath work, mobility, and nervous system regulation which gives you three sessions across the twelve week block.

Our studio is wheelchair friendly and fully accessible with two parking spaces directly outside for ease and comfort.

At the end of twelve weeks, if you feel stronger, more mobile, and ready for general training, you are welcome to transition into our small group personal training membership to continue your progression with community support and coaching consistency.

Unlimited SGPT Classes:

Train with a Tribe: Join our supportive community for dynamic group workouts. We offer 5 classes a day (with plenty of room to grow!)

Your Space, Your Pace: Every Saturday, work out on your own or follow your personalised plan under the watchful eye of a coach.

Find Your Flow: Enhance flexibility and tranquility with our Tuesday and Sunday morning yoga sessions.

Power Up Your Run: Combine strength, core, and running on Thursdays, and enjoy longer, easier runs on Sundays.
