Kids Aerial Sling is a 6-week course, designed for a closed group of a maximum of seven children aged 6 to 14 yo.
Refund Policy: If you decide after your 1st class that you would not like to continue, you will receive a pro-rata refund. This request must be made via email to Yana.lu@hotmail.com within 24 hours of your first class.

Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the participation of your child (the “Participant”) in the aerial sling course (the “Course”) offered by Panda Bear Studio (the “Studio”).
1.2 By enrolling the Participant in the Course, you as the Parent/Guardian agree to these Terms & Conditions in full and accept them on your own behalf and on behalf of the Participant.
1.3 This Course is specifically designed for home-educated children and is run by the Studio at its premises in Reading.
2. Booking, Payment and Cancellation
2.1 To reserve a place on the Course you must complete the Studio’s registration form and pay any applicable fee in advance (or as otherwise notified).
2.2 Payment is due in full (or per the schedule communicated) in order to secure the Participant’s place.
2.3 If you cancel your place:
? a) If you give 1 day notice you may receive a full/partial refund (or credit) at the Studio’s discretion.

2.4 The Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Course for operational, safety, instructor or venue reasons. In such an event the Studio may offer an alternative date or a credit/refund. The Studio’s liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the cancelled session(s).
3. Eligibility, Health & Safety
3.1 You confirm that the Participant is of the appropriate age, fitness level and ability to participate in the Course and that you have provided accurate information about any medical conditions, disabilities or special needs the Participant may have.
3.2 The Parent/Guardian must ensure that the Participant arrives punctually, in suitable attire, and follows all instructions given by the instructor(s) at the Studio.
3.3 The use of aerial sling equipment carries inherent risks including physical injury, falls, entanglement, muscle strain or worse. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you understand these risks.
4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities & Supervision
4.1 You agree that the Participant will follow all rules, instructions and safety briefings given by the Studio, its instructors or staff.
4.2 You accept that the Studio may not provide continuous one-to-one supervision of each Participant at all times. You accept that your child’s behaviour, compliance and attention is your responsibility.
4.3 You shall ensure that the Participant uses the equipment only under instruction and does not attempt manoeuvres beyond their skill level.
4.4 You agree to supervise (or arrange for supervision of) the Participant’s arrival and departure, ensure the Participant signs-in/out where required, and that you have taken responsibility for any time before or after the Course where your child is on Studio premises.
5. Liability, Waiver & Indemnity
5.1 You acknowledge and accept that participating in the Course involves risk of injury, damage or loss to property and that such risks cannot be entirely eliminated.
5.2 You agree that the Studio, its instructors, staff, owners, agents and contractors (collectively “Released Parties”) are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, cost or expense which arises from the Participant’s attendance or involvement in the Course except to the extent that such injury or loss is directly caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.
5.3 You further agree to indemnify (i.e., hold harmless) the Released Parties against any claims, liabilities, costs or expenses made by the Participant or by any third party arising out of or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Course, or their use of the Studio’s equipment or facilities.
5.4 The Studio’s maximum aggregate liability for any direct loss arising from the Course (other than for death or personal injury caused by the Studio’s negligence) is limited to the amount of Course fees paid.
5.5 This waiver and limitation of liability is a fundamental term of this Agreement and without it the Studio would not offer the Course.
6. Equipment, Use & Behaviour
6.1 The Participant shall use the aerial sling equipment and the Studio’s facilities safely, in accordance with instructor directions and any posted rules.
6.2 Any damage to equipment or Studio property caused by the Participant through misuse or non-compliance may result in you being liable for repair or replacement costs.
6.3 The Studio reserves the right to refuse attendance or remove the Participant from the Course if the Participant acts unsafely, irresponsibly, or fails to follow instructions. No refund is provided in such circumstances.
6.4 The Participant must wear appropriate attire (e.g., tight-fitting exercise clothes, no loose jewellery, no belts, suitable footwear if required) and remove items likely to cause entanglement.
6.5 The Participant must warm up & cool down as instructed, and attempt moves only within their comfort and skill level.
6.6 The Participant must not use the equipment outside the scheduled session without explicit instructor permission.
7. Recording, Images & Publicity
7.1 You grant the Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to capture photographs, video or other media of the Participant during the Course and to use such media for promotional or training purposes, unless you notify the Studio in writing otherwise prior to the Course.
7.2 You confirm you have authority to grant such permission on behalf of the Participant.
8. Data Protection & Confidentiality
8.1 The Studio will collect and process your personal data and that of the Participant for the purposes of Course administration, safety, emergency contact and communications. The Studio’s Privacy Policy applies.
8.2 You consent to the Studio contacting you about the Course (and related offerings) by email, phone or SMS unless you opt-out.
9. Changes to the Course & Terms
9.1 The Studio may change the timetable, instructor, location or format of the Course, or substitute similar services or equipment, if reasonably required (for safety, staffing or operational reasons). You will be notified of significant changes.
9.2 The Studio may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time; changes will apply to future bookings only.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
10.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
