This session is an invitation to change that.

Over two hours, we'll explore what breathwork actually is, the science, the practice, and the experience of it. You'll leave with techniques you can use straight away, and a felt sense of what's possible when you start working with your breath intentionally.

We'll cover how breath connects to your nervous system, your stress response, and your emotional state. Then we'll put it into practice with a guided session, so you're not just learning about breathwork, you're doing it.

No experience needed. Comfortable clothes, a journal, and you're set.
