A Yoga based class designed to create awareness of a runners body, how it moves and the connection to the breathe as we run. Building stability, and introducing flexibility to the muscles we commonly use while running. This 90 minute session will give you tools to take away, and implement into your pre and post run routine to maximise the body and the breath.
