Active Baby Yoga

Bond, move and have fun together in our Baby Yoga classes for babies aged 5 months to active movers (around 10–15 months). Each relaxed, mat-based session includes gentle warm-ups, soothing baby massage, playful stretches, songs and rhymes, plus a calming relaxation to finish. You’ll learn fun new ways to move, hold and connect with your baby while enjoying some gentle postnatal yoga too.Baby yoga supports your little one’s development by stimulating their sensory and vestibular systems—helping build coordination, balance and flexibility as they grow. It’s also a wonderful way to boost bonding, encourage better sleep, and bring joy, rhythm and calm into your daily routine.
