Our Small Group Membership Lite gives you access to One powerful 45–60 minute session each week designed to help you drop a clothes size, boost your energy, and feel like your younger self again. You’ll walk in to a warm welcome and quick check-in, then get moving straight away with a focused warm-up, a high-energy main workout, and a short cool-down.

Every session is unique, one week it might be cardio or conditioning, another week strength training or abs-focused. You’ll be coached by the best in the area in a fully equipped studio with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, resistance bands, and more, alongside like-minded men who understand the balance of work, family, and community.

We adapt exercises to your level, help you with your technique, and push you just enough so you keep improving week after week. Every session moves you closer to the man you want to be.

What exactly am I signing up for?

You’re joining an 8-week Winter Fitness Club, designed for busy men who want to drop body fat, reset their habits, and come out of winter feeling fitter, stronger, and more in control.
The program combines a structured 8-week fasting plan for men, weekly group training, and a full on-demand workout video library, so you can train around real life.

This is a hybrid program: train once per week in person and support that with guided workouts at home.

When are the sessions?

Weekly group session:

  • Mondays @ 8:30 PM

This is your anchor session each week.
All additional training is done via the video workout library, which you can use anytime, anywhere.

All bookings and access are managed through the TeamUp app.

Where do sessions take place?

In-person sessions:

  • Coach G’s Studio, Prestwich

Online training:

  • Via the Winter Fitness Club video library (accessible through your phone or laptop)

 What’s a session like?

Expect a mix of:

  • Fat-loss focused circuit training

  • Strength and conditioning using bodyweight and equipment

  • Simple, effective workouts that get results without overcomplicating things

 What if I miss a session?

No stress.
If you miss a Monday session, you continue with the video workouts and plan that week. The program is built to be flexible, not all-or-nothing.

  • You’ll be added to the private Winter Fitness Club WhatsApp group

  • You’ll receive guidance on how to start strong

Program runs from January 12th to March 8th.

 Do I need to be fit already?

Not at all.
This is for men who feel they’ve slipped a bit, put on weight over winter, or just want a proper reset. Everything is coached, scalable, and designed to meet you where you’re at.

 What should I bring?

For in-person sessions:

You train on your schedule.

All workouts are delivered through the Winter Fitness Club video library, allowing you to:

Everything is accessed and managed through the TeamUp app.

 Where does training take place?

All training is online.

You’ll use:
