Runner’s Corner – New 4-Week Performance Block
Runner’s Corner is back with the next set of sessions, designed to support your running with focused strength, control, and recovery work.
These classes run twice a month on Tuesday evenings and are limited to 8 spaces to keep it small and focused:

Runner’s Corner – From the Ground Up
Foot strength and ground connection — helping you feel more stable and efficient in your stride.
🗓 March 10
Runner’s Corner – Stronger Stride
Single-leg strength, calf work, and control to build a stronger, more supported stride.
🗓 March 24
Runner’s Corner – The Tall Runner
Posture and core strength to help you stay upright and steady as you run.
🗓 April 14
Runner’s Corner – Stay Grounded – Reset Session
Mobility, lower-chain release, and simple homework drills to support your running between classes.
⏰ Time: 7:15pm–8:05pm (50 minutes)
📍 Location: Auchenblae Church Hall
