12 practices and 4 strength & conditioning sessions per month.
Girls have the option to attend the girls only weekly practice at no additional charge (outside of regular season).
Coaching staff will evaluate kids progress and adjust groups as needed.

Focus on identifying areas of opportunity to improve technique, positioning, skills, tactics, and match strategy to enhance overall performance.
Includes up to 5 matches sent at least 3 days in advance for review.
