Your CrossFit journey begins here! You will need to purchase Bronze Membership alongside this Starter Pack to complete your induction to CrossFit Bosham. The Starter pack that is made up of a series of six personal training sessions and two trial classes. The total cost is £250 which is the cost of the Starter Pack plus your Bronze Membership.In these 6 sessions you will learn the foundational movements of CrossFit that you will need to have an understanding of to give you confidence and keep you safe in class. You will also get to know some of the Coaches, and we'll get to know you, which is a very important part of CrossFit Bosham.
Once you've purchased this package, you will gain access to our booking system and you can book your first PT using the calendar. Choose from any of our experienced and friendly coaches. There are plenty of slots from early morning to evenings to suit your time table and please get in touch if you need any help or you can't find a slot that works for you.
