EFT Authorization:

Authorizes ATX Beach to transfer funds electronically for membership dues.
Authorization remains until all charges are collected.

Membership Dues:

Payable regardless of attendance or personal circumstances.
Based on average monthly practices, not pro-rated for holidays or bad weather.
Missed practices not credited or made up.
Advance notice of 30 days for membership dues increase.

Membership Term and Cancellation:

Minimum 30-day initial membership term.
Written notice of cancellation required 30 days in advance.
Post-initial term, month-to-month membership can be canceled anytime.
Early cancellation during agreed Membership Term incurs additional charges.

Membership Freeze Policy:

Membership can be suspended for up to 2 months per year (1 month increments).
$15 monthly freeze fee applies during suspension.
No member benefits during suspension.
Written notice required for cancellation, even during suspension.

This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 6 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
