Our Gold Membership is valid all year for our group apparatus sessions, with the exception of 2 weeks over Christmas and the New Year.
This membership allows you to attend 1 x group apparatus session each week.
Our group session have just 3 participants per session and are taught by highly qualified and experienced teachers on our state of the art Garuda & Pilates Apparatus.
Payments are requested on the 1st of each month.
