BOX45 Bootcamp (Tue/Wed/Thur)

BOX45 are high intensity boxing themed bootcamp style circuits that we operate in a 4 week block, 3 nights a week.  45 minutes for you to work off your day's stresses, burn calories and have some fun!  Whatever your fitness level or goals, BOX45 is designed for you to work at your own pace so you can ensure maximum results in a varied 4 week course.  If you want to make a positive all round fitness gains then this is the class for you, running Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings instructed by one of our fully qualified boxing coaches. Watch your fitness grow week by week!
