Fit2Fight AM Bootcamp (T/T)

6am every Tuesday and Thursday Kate will put you through you paces on a high intensity 45 minute circuit style class including plenty of boxing bag work.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels and is designed to maximise calorie burning whilst being fun and varied.  Part of a 4 week course you can see your fitness & strength grow week on week, you must have gloves for this class, they are available at our online store if required!  Other than that, clothes you are comfortable working out in, a water bottle and a sweat towel if required and you're ready to go!
