Junior Boxing Programme
This class is for 10 to 16 year olds and gives 3 levels into boxing, broken into 6 week blocks. Boxing is proven to increase confidence and coordination and is fantastic for fitness. We educate the students on the rules and history of boxing as well as basic anatomy and the keys to a healthy lifestyle, there will be questions to work through to raise their knowledge throughout the course. Every Monday at 17:45, two fully qualified England Boxing coaches plus some volunteers will take the students through the steps to becoming a competent boxer. Non contact classes, gloves are provided if required.
